If you decide the Zotto Mattress isn’t a fit for you, we will arrange to have the mattress picked up from your home at a time that is convenient for you, you don’t have to lift a finger. (Limited to one mattress return per customer or household)(Location permitting)
Most retailers have a tremendous amount of overhead for things like payroll, commissions, rent, utilities, insurance etc. and those costs are built into the price of their mattresses. At Zotto we ship direct from the factory, cutting out most of that overhead and passing the savings on to you.
No, Zotto does not resell used mattresses. All mattresses sold are new.
All returned mattresses are donated to charity.
No, the Zotto Mattress does not contain any latex.

Zotto mattresses are built to exacting specifications following traditional mattress sizing. For example, if you’re replacing a standard Queen coil spring mattress, your Zotto Queen mattress will fit perfectly onto your existing bed frame or box spring.

Standard bed sheets will work perfectly fine. In case you were wondering the Zotto is 10” thick.
While a mattress protector is not necessary on the Zotto, one can be used for extra protection. A mattress protector or encasement will protect the mattress against the elements and is a personal preference for some. The protector will make the mattress feel slightly firmer (However, some or our team like the bed a little firmer). For example if you slept on the Zotto mattress at a hotel, they were using a mattress encasement. Also, the Zotto cover is removable and machine washable.

At this time we only ship within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). We have big plans however and we hope to one-day take Zotto around the world.
Sure, a heating pad used properly will not damage your Zotto mattress.

It’s magic! Well not really…The Zotto is compressed, sealed and rolled using a very expensive and specialized piece of equipment. After assembly of the foam layers and Zotto cover, the mattress is place into the compressing machine where the “magic” happens. Once inside, pressure is applied slowly and evenly from the top and the sides. After it is compressed, air is removed and the mattress is sealed airtight. For the final step, the Zotto is rolled up and placed into the Zotto’s fortified shipping box.
You can sleep on your Zotto right away after unpacking, but it may take 24 – 48 hours to expand to the full advertised dimensions.
There will be very little odor if any, outside of a new mattress smell. If you do experience any odor it will dissipate quickly.
It’s simple…Once you receive your mattress, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights. This will give your body time to acclimate. If after 30 nights you are not satisfied with your Zotto, simply email our customer service department, and we will make arrangements for it to be picked up. Once it’s picked up, simply email us your donation receipt and we’ll process your complete refund. (Limited to one mattress return per customer or household)
We will make arrangements with a local charity to pick up your mattress, just be sure to obtain the receipt from them to send to us to process your refund.
Your Zotto was technologically designed to prevent sinking or sagging. How do we do this? We use high-quality memory foam plus a “secret weapon” – Energex™ transition foam infused into our Transition layer.

Yes it is. Though it is not fireproof, each Zotto mattress core is fitted with a fire retardant “sock” that is designed to suffocate a fire from the oxygen it needs to burn.
The Transition layer of the Zotto localizes movement, creating separate sleep zones for you and your partner. If your partner tends to toss and turn throughout the night, any disturbance to you is minimized. That makes for more restful sleep and a happier relationship with your significant other!

We ship FREE anywhere in the continental United States, except Alaska and Hawaii. We ship directly from our factory in Southern California to your physical address via FedEx. We do not ship to PO boxes or Internationally.
The Zotto Mattress ships directly to you in a 19.5” X 19.5” X 44” box to make it easier for you to setup where you want. The convenient packaging makes it easy to move your mattress up stairs, into elevators and other tight places!
You can expect to receive your Zotto mattress between 1 to 6 days from the date of purchase.

Mattress Removal is offered for a fee in most states and free in California (location permitting). In the occurrence where a refund has been made on the mattress the mattress removal fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Our return policy is simple: Though you can return your Zotto at any time within your 100-night trial, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights in order to get acclimated to it. If after 30 nights you’re not getting your best sleep ever, simply contact our Support Team and we will make arrangements for it to be picked up and we will refund 100% of your money. There are no return or pickup fees. (Limited to one return per customer or household)(Location permitting).
Yes we offer a 100% money back guarantee for every Zotto Mattress we sell. You’ll have 100 nights to try out your mattress. If you don’t love it, we’ll arrange a return and refund your money.
You have 100 nights to try out your Zotto starting the day your Zotto is delivered. If it’s not for you, simply contact our Support Team to arrange a return and 100% refund.
If it is within your 100 nights, simply contact our Support Team and we will make arrangements for it to be picked up. *Please note: We are unable to accept returns on damaged mattresses.
There are no refunds on mattress removal fees. If you decide to return your mattress the mattress removal fees will not be refunded if the service has been performed. * In the case of CA the fees ($125) will be subtracted from your refund if you had an old mattress disposed of.
A quality mattress typically lasts 10 years. And that’s exactly how long we warranty the Zotto mattress against defects. It’s one of the best warranties in the business because we can stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.

If your mattress is damaged in any way as a result of shipping or a material defect, please let us know immediately by contacting our Support Team at [email protected].
We recommend that you remove the mattress cover and spot clean affected areas with a mild detergent. Dab the area rather than rubbing it in and allow the cover to completely dry before installing it back on the mattress. You may also machine wash the mattress cover using the delicate setting.
Because the Zotto mattress has four sequenced foam layers, each with distinct and important purposes, it cannot be flipped over. We do recommend however that you rotate the mattress 180 degrees every 6-12 months, especially if you sleep alone on one side of the bed.
Not recommended but yes, you can fold the mattress. Due to the nature of our high-quality foam, your Zotto mattress will return to its “normal” form after unfolding.
