I have now had my Zotto mattress for almost a year. I did not want to give review until I had for a year. I think its impossible to give honest review otherwise. I am in my 50’s and this was our 5th mattress purchase in past 30 years. Had many different issues with mattresses over the years. I absolutely love the Zotto. Like many other customers here, we found ourselves sleeping on a mattress that was way past its useful life. It just sneaks up on you before you realize that your mattress is literally making you feel achy and sick. As soon as we received our Zotto mattress I noticed that I was able to sleep and wake up rested in about 7 hours, on the old mattress I could sleep 8 hours and still feel beat and tired. We stayed at Thunder Valley Casino Resort several times during this summer and we loved sleeping on this mattress. Funny thing , there was an ad on the nightstand with information on how to purchase this ZOTTO mattress! We have had a foam mattress from Costco for many years. The foam mattress by itself was too hard for my husband, as he has bilateral hip problems, so we bought a foam topper from Costco, but then it was too soft for me and I was suffering from back pain every day when I would wake up in the morning. Sleeping on the Zotto mattress at the casino resort was wonderful, so we bought our king Zotto online! It came, we unwrapped it and slept on it that very same night. Ever since, my husband and I have had our best sleep ever! As a bonus, making our bed before was a lot of work for me because the foam mattress we had was very heavy to lift the corners for the fitted sheet. Now, the Zotto is very light to lift and making the bed is a lot easier! We love our Zotto! Glad we stayed at Thunder Valley to experience sleeping on the Zotto.

Unfortunately this mattress didn’t work for us – We slept on one at Thunder Valley and loved it but the one we got felt much different – the edges were kind of rounded and you just kind of fell out of the bed when you rolled over – and it kind of dipped down at the head area too — and we were very hot sleeping on it — The return experience was EXCELLENT however, so i would recommend them highly from a customer service aspect and give them 5 stars in that regard — but the bed just did not work for us –

Great matress, it was a major step up from a 20 year old Serta so it’s hard to give a good comparison. Since being on the zotto i wake up with ZERO back pain. I’m a heavier male at 260lbs and the bed is just great despite reading reviews that foam isnt well suited for my body type. I did notice 1 of my old pillows doesn’t work well with the bed but my favorite memory foam pillow is great. I only gave 4 stars because the bed sleeps HOT! So i had to adjust my thermostat to 77 instead of 78 which wasnt a huge deal but very noticeable. I hadn’t been on a memory foam bed before and have heard they sleep hot so this bed may actually sleep COOL compared to other memory foam matresses. All in all im very happy!

We had been on the hunt for a new mattress for almost a year by the time we ordered our Zotto.
Initially, after much online research (seriously, at least 40 hours of reading forums, reviews, comparing specs etc) we tried an online mattress that was talalay latex. We slept on it for about 3 months but it slept pretty warm and my arm went numb when sleeping on my side. We sent it back.
Up next was another online mattress, also with latex top and foam base. This one slept cooler but was also way too firm (and I thought I liked a firm mattress). Another 3 months and back it went.
Finally, my wife was tired of us going through all these mattresses so I buckled down and wanted to get it right this time. I was looking at 3 well known online brands that were twice the price of Zotto. Some were hybrids with innersprings, others were not. I was ready to pull the trigger when I stumbled upon Zotto. Let me tell you – that was two years ago and we absolutely love the mattress even still. It sleeps as cool as our old innerspring, my back doesn’t hurt in the morning, and it provides good support while also letting you sink in slightly and contour to your shape.

I had a sleep # for 18 yrs and it fell apart (all the foam parts). the second was tuft & needle bad support It would bottom out (ouch). We tossed & turned for weeks on the purchase decision. When the mattress arrived, the toss & turn stopped! Set up took 4 minutes. Trick is to take the mattress and out it in your bed frame before unrolling it. We were told to give it 2 weeks before forming an opinion; it was apparent after the first night that we made the right choice with Zotto. My husband’s chronic back and shoulder pain subsided after a week sleeping on the Zotto. I’m well rested when waking up even with just 4-5 hours a night. So far I would give it a five star rating. My wife and me had a $1,700.00 mattress and in only 5 years we both were sleeping in two canoe’s on our king size mattress. It’s only been about two weeks so far on our new Zotto but we don’t toss and turn like we used to and we both got rid of the morning back ace’s. We received our mattress in only 5 days from California to Ohio and I had it up and running in only 15 minutes. I was also able to track it’s location every day from it’s shipping point to my house I liked that . No complaints so far as far as the comfort goes. We put it on a set of box springs and it is wider than the box springs. Not that pleasing to look at and I wish they would have more info posted as to width, thickness etc. I bought it for my sons room and he said he can put up with it hanging over a few inches . Had it been for me I probably would have sent it back. I know Zotto is probably used to customers having platform beds but us old timers are used to box springs and mattress. These will not just go in a metal bed frame without slats etc under it

OK, I rarely write any type of review, however, when you get an incredible customer service transaction combined with a exceptional product, I figured it was justified. I have researched mattresses on line for over a month as my over priced “name brand” was giving me extreme pain in my hips and joints. My decision came down to Zotto and Nectar, I chose Nectar solely due to pricing. Before making my purchase I was “guaranteed” there was NO back order and my bed would ship on or before 5/18. Over a week later there was no tracking number and I did not get an answer from numerous emails, the chat line could not help as it was pre-sales and I was told to call the 800 number to which the phone would ring for minutes and then just hang up! I had read all the negative reviews about the validity of Nectar and its shipping but once again, I was “guaranteed” there wouldn’t be a problem.
So I called my CC company and they kindly reversed the charges and I chatted with Zotto rep, Angela Lucas, who was amazing and told me if I ordered it would ship same day and I would have it before the long weekend. With my luck it did ship same day but the carrier lost the shipment (97 lbs?) So here is where SUPERSTAR Angela Lucas came into action, she got authorization to ship my mattress overnight and it was there the following morning before 10:30!!!
I have slept on this mattress for 4 nights and I must say it is the most comfortable mattress ever.. Cool, hugs the body, and very supportive as I am a stomach sleeper! No joint pains at all (AMAZING) So if you are on the fence about buying this mattress, JUST DO IT…It is a game changer!

We were having problems with our previous mattress as it was too firm especially for my husband who is in stage 4 cancer to his bones. He struggles with pain on a daily basis, the zotto mattress gives him the support he needs along with the cushioning he needs for the bony prominences. He also has had trouble with night sweats although they persist, the coolness from the mattress has helped him feel more comfortable thru it. We have only had it for a couple weeks but so far I am thrilled with our purchase. Love the Sherpa blanket too! I am having trouble finding a fitted sheet that fits tight. I hate when the bottom sheets gets bunched up. Other than that it is awesome!

My first memory foam mattress. Not sure what to expect. I knew my numbers bed was killing my back and I had to do something. Having limited means, I started looking into memory foam. I liked the reviews for this one and loved the fact that it is made in the USA.
To the meat of the review…am 5’3″ 120lbs. This bed isn’t soft enough for me. I have PTSD (PTDS physically hurts) I was praying for an overnight miracle. This wasn’t it. I had to put on a foam mattress topper with less density which helps soften it up. I’m hoping I make it to the 100 nights and not have to return it. The chemical smell lasted too many days when the reviews said it “wasn’t too strong “. It was for someone with athsma. I don’t hate it, I wish I could give it 5 starts but because it is too hard for me and because of the chemical smell it gets 3 stars.

I LOVE this mattress. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and the customer service was fantastic. I have Fibromyalgia and originally thought it wasn’t going to work for me, but after a few days, I started feeling really refreshed after waking up and after the second week, I’m feeling even better. I am not waking up as achy as I was before….my shoulders in particular are doing much better. I did try the pillow and felt it was a little too firm. Although if you are a back sleeper, the pillow is wonderful. I use the pillow between my knees and it has really helped support my hips. I haven’t needed pain medicine since the 2nd week of using this mattress. Thank you for selling such a great product at a great price!

I’ve been sold by nice pillow top feels in the past but no matter what, they always wear out on me an get uneven. Not to mention getting noisy springs after a while. I was always. waking my wife up when nature called in the middle of the night. Not anymore. The mattress we got is quiet and very very comfortable. As soon as I lay down I feel the mattress changing to fit me and instantly I relax. That’s never happened on a traditional mattress in my experience. Very happy with the purchase.

Pretty comfortable bed. Takes a bit for it to break in. Maybe a week or two but it’s comfortable. To me softest 1 to firmness 10, (scale), id say it’s a 6. I was hopeing more for a 5 but its still comfortable. Best thing is I don’t sleep hot so that’s awesome. I have 100 days to return it if I want. I’m more on the keeping it side for now. My wife says it’s “alright”. I was hoping she would be more enthused but it’s okay. Also can’t really feel when she gets up to do something and I’m sleep so that’s good. If you have ever worked a graveyard shift then you know sleep isn’t always easy to come by. I am new to memory foam mattresses and I had always been hesitant because I have heard that they get really hot. I am a big guy so I usually run hot to begin with. I LOVE MY ZOTTO! I’ve been seeing all these ads for Casper Mattress on Fox News and i started to do some research on memory foam mattresses. Especially i was wondering about how they get it in a box and how they sell it so cheap. There’s a few of these type of online mattress companies out there and they all seemed the same. I recently purchased the Zotto Twin XL for my mother who needed to switch to more of a hospital-type bed-frame. We’ve been sleeping on our Zotto for 3 weeks now. My husband was in love from night one. For me it took a few nights to get used to it. Even though the Zotto is probably the least firm of all online memory foam mattresses, it still is almost too firm for me. I wish I could sink in a tad bit more. But then again, I’m just 112 lbs. Someone of a heavier weight will most likely see/feel more sinkage. Either way, sleep quality and quantity have improved immensly. I wake up less throughout the night. I’ve also noticed waking up in the same position I fell asleep in hours prior, so less stirring around at night, too.
One downside to the Zotto: our 50 lb dog can now sneak into bed without us noticing. We are just dozing off, and suddenly she stands in between me and hubby and we have no idea how that even happened!?! LOL I guess that turns it into a huge plus: very minimal motion transfer!! Yay!

I’m a 87 year old man and decided to go with another mattress. My son bought it for me and I can say that I am sleeping better and truly enjoy my new mattress. It’s comfortable, more so than my spring mattress. I would highly recommend a zotto for all ages.

I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM FROM BAD NECK PAIN FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS, OUR DR RAN SEVERAL TESTS, CAT SCAN MRI, COULDN’T FIND A PROBLE.M SENT ME TO A PHYSICAL THERAPIST FOR 6 SESSIONS. NECK HURT WORSE FOR ABOUT A WEEK, THEN GOT A LITTLE BETTER BUT NEVER WENT AWAY.
SOMEONE RECCOMMENDED A “ZOTTO” PILLOW WE BOUGHT ONE ON LINE UNPACKED IT, AND IT HAD A LITTLE FUNNY SMELL TO IT. WE PUT IT IN OUR DRYER WITH NO HEAT, AND RAN IT FOR AN HOUR OR SO. STILL A VERY SLIGHT SMELL. IT DIDN’T BOTHER ME BUT MY WIFE SAID SHE WANTED TO RUN IT THRU THE DRYER SEVERAL MORE TIMES. NOW SHE SAYS IT’s OK.
SLEPT ON IT A FEW DAYS, IT TOOK A COUPLE DAYS TO GET USED TO, BUT AT THE END OF A WEEK MY NECK PAIN WAS MUCH BETTER. NOW AFTER A MONTH I HAVE NO PAIN AT ALL.

Suffering from an autoimmune disease in my spine I have had a horrible time sleeping from my twenty’s until I received my Zotto mattress. I had tried every mattress on the market but issues with night sweets on the sleep number beds and feeling trapped on the temperpedic products that are very hard to get out of. After a few nights of adjusting to the new mattress I have had a period of increasingly more hours of sleep than I have had in years. I received my Zotto in a box a my front door and I said to myself…no way. Well Yes Way in a Big Way. I have purchased many mattresses and slept on even more as an avid traveler and no mattress has come close to providing me the level of comfort and sleep than this Zotto in a box! It sleeps cool, it is not to firm nor to soft and it is soooo comfortable. Be surprised by this mattress it is awesome!!!! This is the first product I have ever reviewed.

I’ve been fortunate to sleep in many comfortable beds at The Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and many other premier properties as I travel for work, but when I got my Zotto mattress all levels of excellence were changed. I absolutely love my Zotto! Honestly, I was a little hesitant to order a mattress without seeing/feeling it in person, but I was so happy when I received it. The cover is so luxurious and has a beautiful design. The mattress is soft and truly cradles you while giving you the support that you need. I sleep so soundly, now! Beyond my expectations. Instead of waking up hot sweaty and tired from tossing and turning all night I wake up like I have a full tank. I had a very expensive pillow top that was around $5K and 12 years old. I knew it was time to replace it and just didn’t want to waste an entire day shopping like one of the three bears for a bed that was “just right”. I saw this bed on Kickstarter and thought “delivered to my house for at a price a fraction of what I was willing to pay, and a guaranty, how could I go wrong”. I’m not a technology savvy shopper but buying this bed was beyond easy and delivered super fast and easy to set up. I don’t EVER go on a website and write a review but this bed is beyond that good.

I Love the bed! I don’t wake up 5 times a night anymore and when my husband rolls over or gets up early to leave for work I do not even notice.

The Zotto mattress far exceeded my expectations. I read everything about the different layers, and how it was “designed to address issues that caused poor sleep” and I will admit I was skeptic at first. I was coming from a Sleep Number bed that I paid over $4,000 for, and tried to convince myself my sleep issues were mine and had nothing to do with my mattress, how could it I paid $4,000 for this mattress. I now realize an expensive mattress does not mean the best mattress, in the mattress business I guess you don’t always get what you paid for. I paid only 25% of what I paid for my Sleep Number for my Zotto and it has exceeded my expectations. Okay, I have been waiting for this day with mixed emotions wondering if indeed this Zotto mattress would fix my sleeping “issues”. Not only did I suffer from sleeping hot I spent most of the night tossing, and turning uncomfortably, most of the time waking uncontrollably by 4am with back pain. Well the day has come, and I can say my sleep is AMAZING now, and I just did not realize what I was missing out on. I no longer sleep hot, nor do I wake with back pain! I was hesitant because my wife is always cold, and I was afraid it would make her cold through the night. However the risk free purchase made me realize I have nothing to lose, so why not go ahead and give it a shot worst case I return it if she is kept cold. I am pleased to report she sleeps comfortably along side of me throughout the night and has no issues with sleeping cold. If you are on the fence just do it you will not regret it, It’s RISK FREE! This mattress is everything that it promises and more. It is the perfect amount of softness and support. It has kept me much cooler during the hot summer nights and I love my Zotto! I tried the Leesa mattress for a little over a month, but it gave me shoulder pain. I would hands down recommend the Zotto mattresses to everyone, it is amazing!
